Objectives of the Course Bu dersin amaçları şunlardır:
1. Öğrencileri kamu politikasının çeşitli kavramlarıyla tanıştırmak;
2. Öğrencileri kamu politikası analizinin teori ve uygulamalarıyla tanıştırmak;
3. Öğrencilere bu teorilerin içeriği ve bağlamı hakkında bir değerlendirme sağlayın; ve
4. Öğrencilerin kamu politikası süreçlerinin alternatif yaklaşımlarını ayırt etmelerini sağlayın.
Kurs Hedefleri :
Kurs, öğrencilerin şunları yapmasını sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır:
1. Kamu politikasının temel kavram ve teorilerini tanımlar.
2. Kamu politikası analizi yoluyla kamu politikalarını değerlendirmede temel yaklaşım ve bakış açılarında yetkinlik göstermek.
3. Kamu politikalarının uygun ve uygun olmayan değerlendirilmesi arasında ayrım yapın.
Course Content Kursa katılım zorunludur. Devam, katılım, ödevler ve sunumlar birlikte değerlendirilir ve notlara aktarılır. Bu ders öğrencilere kamu politikasının temel kavramlarını, bakış açılarını ve teorilerini tanıtır. Kamu politikası oluşturma ve analizi ile ilgili temel teorilerin kapsamlı bir şekilde anlaşılmasını sağlamak için tasarlanmıştır.
Daha sonraki bölümlerde ders, öğrencileri analiz modelleriyle tanıştırarak öğrenme sürecini tamamlar.

Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 Identify the basic concepts and theories of Public Policy and Analysis
2 Demonstrate competency in the basic approaches and perspectives in evaluating various public policy approaches. Explores several issues, such as policy progress, policy actors, policy analysis methods.
3 Distinguish between various types of public policy models. Creates public policy analysis cycle. Knows the framework of studying methods of public policy analysis in great detail. Discuss the ideas in a group/team structure by taking responsibility and with respect to other ideas and cultures
4 Identify and explore the basic annals of public policy. Policy progress and cycle.
5 : Demonstrate competency in the basic approaches and perspectives in evaluating various practices of public policy analytical frameworks. Analyze different public policies.
6 Distinguish between alternative models of analysis.
