Objectives of the Course Today, organizations are struggling to survive in an environment that is changing more rapidly than ever before. Understanding employee behavior within an organization is crucial for organizational performance. The aim of this course is to familiarize students with current topics in the field of organizational behavior, to help them recognize the importance of these subjects—which are gaining increasing attention in both academic and professional spheres—and to enable them to learn about relevant concepts and existing literature.
Course Content This course covers topics related to individual- and organizational-level behaviors, such as organizational image, identity, organizational justice, citizenship, commitment, organizational ethics, organizational identity, organizational silence, and employee empowerment.
