Objectives of the Course
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the modelling and management of building design and construction information with an object-based philosophy. Generally, three-dimensional, real-time, dynamic building modelling technologies are used to increase efficiency in building design and construction. The BIM modelling process produces the Building Information Model (BIM), which includes building geometry, spatial relationships, geographical information, quantities and properties of building elements.

Course Content
Sustainable design and construction is an area of increasing relevance and importance today due to climate change, and civil engineers need to make a significant contribution in this field. The aim of this course is to examine the problem of how sustainable design and construction can be done by explaining the methods and technology applications of Building Information Modelling (BIM), to create awareness and formation about BIM by bringing innovative approaches to this problem.
