Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to enable students who successfully complete the course to fully understand, recall, convey, and apply the fundamental topics covered, relevant legislation, theory, and current case studies.
Course Content The course on Misdemeanors Law includes the following topics: The Concept of Misdemeanor and Misdemeanors Law, Distinction between Misdemeanor and Crime and Sources of Misdemeanors Law, Scope of Application of the Misdemeanors Law, Structural Elements of Misdemeanors and Conditions for Application of Sanctions, Typicity and Illegality, Fault in Misdemeanors Law, Special Forms of Misdemeanors, Other Conditions Preventing or Enabling the Application of Sanctions in Misdemeanors, Administrative Sanctions to be Applied to Misdemeanors, Administrative Fines and Administrative Measures, Administrative Sanction Decision, Judicial Protection Against Administrative Sanction Decisions, and Case Study Solutions.
