Objectives of the Course The aim is to discuss issues that are significant and/or frequently encountered in the application of the Turkish Penal Code in a virtual courtroom setting—whether from the perspective of a lawyer, a judge, or an expert witness—and to resolve them in light of scholarly and judicial sources.
Course Content The aim of this course is to enable students to apply
the private law knowledge they have acquired in previous semesters
in a virtual courtroom
environment.

uygulanmasını değerlendirebileceklerdir,
