2 Personal partnership characteristics of collective and limited partnerships can determine their differences from capital partnerships and the legal regime to which they are subject.
3 They can explain the basic features of equity partnerships and their different aspects from sole proprietorships.
4 They can define the rules that dominate the operation and control of the joint stock company.
5 They can explain the basic structure of the limited partnership, the functioning of its organs, representation and termination.
