Objectives of the Course The objective is to build upon the foundational skills acquired in Professional English I, enabling students to engage in higher-level professional communication within the fields of civil aviation and air transport management. Course Content The course covers advanced aviation terminology (including operations, slots, turnaround, ground handling, delay codes, and irregular operations). Topics such as passenger complaint management, handling irregular operations (IROPS), emergency announcements, and crisis communication are addressed. Students develop skills in professional email correspondence, report writing, briefing, and presentations. The curriculum focuses on communication scenarios between ground services, flight operations, and cabin crews. Advanced dialogue and writing exercises are conducted with an emphasis on safety, security, and customer satisfaction. Listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are practiced within more complex professional contexts.
