Objectives of the Course To ensure that students know the theories on management and organization, analyze and solve problems on these issues, and analyze and solve possible problems on management and organization in business life.
Course Content Within the scope of the Management Organization course, management, manager concepts and management processes (Planning, Organizing, Execution, coordination and control), Manager ` s decision-making competence, Management theories, leadership and leadership theories, motivation and motivation theories and communication issues will be explained.
