Objectives of the Course
|
It is aimed to introduce the basic concepts of communication law to the students, to make them comprehend the importance of freedom of communication and the connection between fundamental rights and freedoms and the field of communication, and to provide them with information about the legal regulations, legal and criminal responsibilities of media institutions and organizations.

Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, Human Rights, Freedom of Expression and Its Constitutional Fundamentals, General Information on Mass Communication and Mass Media Law, Press Law, Responsibility in the Press, Right to Reply and Correction, Radio-Television Law, Audit of Radio-Television Organizations and Institutional Structure, Cinema –Video Law and Corporate Structure, Criminal and Legal Liability in Communication via the Internet.
