Objectives of the Course The course aims to provide the knowledge and skills related to the basic structure of the body and the anatomical features of the structures and organs that constitute its systems.
Course Content This course aims to introduce the structure of the human body. It addresses the basic concepts of anatomy; cell and tissue structure; the skeletal and muscular systems; and the fundamental anatomy of the circulatory, respiratory, nervous, sensory, endocrine, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. Students acquire the ability to evaluate the body systems from a holistic perspective.
Course Methods and Techniques Lecture (direct instruction), question-and-answer, discussion, case study analysis, group work, and brainstorming techniques are used.
