Objectives of the Course The objective is to enable students to learn the fundamental principles of effective communication and the characteristics of such communication; to convey the qualities of effective verbal and non-verbal interaction; and to provide the essential knowledge required to address challenges encountered during the communication process, thereby equipping students with the skills to resolve these issues.
Course Content The course aims to equip students with fundamental communication skills, enabling them to engage in accurate and effective written and verbal communication. The core communicative knowledge gained—covering effective speaking, active listening, and proficient, articulate writing—will serve students in every aspect of their lives. Furthermore, individuals developed in this manner will be capable of crafting clear and comprehensible messages within academic contexts, while also finding solutions to the communication challenges they may encounter. The course will offer strategies for addressing both existing and potential communication issues, with a particular focus on the essential communicative competencies required for academic success.
