Objectives of the Course
|
To gain knowledge and application skills related to the general management principles and the works to be carried out from the selection of the construction site to the tender stage. Duties undertaken by architects in site management and organization; Authorities, responsibilities and creation of work flow diagrams of different role owners participating in the production process.

Course Content
|
Planning and control of the initial investment and usage cost of the building, cost of the building in economic building design, project and construction management issues, management of the implementation phase of the building production process, authorities and responsibilities of the stakeholders participating in the building production process, construction contracts, public and private tender processes, preparation of the discovery, Theoretical information on the preparation of work programs, occupational health and safety issues is given.
